The Nauticam Atomos Ninja V-S underwater housing for Atomos Ninja V Monitor with Atomos AtomX SDI Module.

 

The Ninja V is easily mounted, dropping in without trays or other mounting accessories and is held in place by two rotating locking levers. The Ninja V allows for 4K display/recording at 60p. 

Ninja V owners can now benefit from the ability to record RAW over SDI with compatible cameras. These new features bring even more versatility to the Ninja V, providing professional I/O options for a multitude of cameras – from entry level mirrorless cameras through to the latest compact cinema and high-end professional cameras. 

 

Includes monitor hood, vacuum valve, SDI bulkhead and internal SDI cable.

With more cameras offering high quality HDMI and SDI video output, the Atomos Ninja V steps in, not only as a stunning monitor but also as a recorder of 4K 60p 4:2:2 10-bit video to on-board SSD drives in edit-friendly ProRes or Avid formats as well as RAW with supported cameras. The Nauticam NA-Ninja V-S, when used with supported housings and cameras, allows for the connection of the Ninja V over HDMI 2.0 or SDI in addition to providing easy access to the Ninja V controls underwater. This 'S' version allows for the use of the AtomX SDI Module inside the housing to use the Atomos Ninja V as an SDI monitor/recorder or to facilitate SDI cross conversion for a dual/remote monitor configuration.

Only AtomX SSDmini drives are supported in the housing. Conventional SSD in the Atomos Master Caddy are not compatible.
