Return or refunds
-In case you need to return an item or get a refund.You need to make your claim on the fotografit website. This menu item is located in the top bar. For all other contact requirements use the contact info below or the the contact info in the bottom page of our website.
-You have two years of warranty. If you receive an incorrect item in relation to your order or damaged item, you must advertise within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect. If you make a complaint within 2 months, the complaint is in all cases considered timely.

Companies and institutions can act as an invoice customer. Companies with a CVR number and Institutions with the EAN number can carry out invoicing in the shopping basket by selecting “invoice payment” and filling out the form.
Reminder Late fee / interest
If not paid in due time after invoice / bank statement, a reminder fee is charged DKK 100 per reminder. If no payment is made after the second reminder, the debt collection requirement will be exceeded and fees will be imposed in accordance with the legislation.
Shipping in Denmark and abroad.
For addresses in Denmark, we ship your order with Post Danmark, GLS, UPS with delivery at either the parcel shop or at the specified address.
Pick up in store
You can also choose to pick up your order at Fotografit Langdalsvej 46, 1, DK-8200 Brabrand between 10-16, if you make an appointment at info@Fotografit.eu.
The delivery time is usually max. 1-10 business days. If the delivery time is longer than this, it will appear in your order / order confirmation. You will receive an email when your order is shipped from us.

This means that we wait for all the ordered items to arrive in our warehouse before we ship the order. Therefore, it may be faster for you to place separate orders on items that are out of stock or have unknown delivery time. Check the delivery time for each item. We will send you an email when your order is shipped.
If you order with delivery abroad(outside Denmark), your order will be shipped within 1-10 business days, unless otherwise stated by the order / order confirmation. Unfortunately we are not the master of the local delivery conditions, so we can not promise a specific delivery time on delivery abroad.

Return and cancellation right
On goods, Fotografit grants a return right if it is notified 14 days from the time the goods are received and the goods are returned with a copy of invoice up to 14 days thereafter. No right of withdrawal is granted if the item is used.

The fine print
When you trade physical goods on www.Fotografit.eu or www.Fotografit.de, the general rules of Danish law of purchase and contract law apply, including the rules on consumer purchases.
