About Stig
Stig is the first person in the world to hold his breath for more than 22 minutes. He has also set extraordinary records under ice, including swimming beneath the ice in Greenland wearing only swimwear.
FOTOGRAFIT has been involved in documenting several of Stig’s projects over the years. We have travelled, filmed and worked together around the world, and supported him with underwater housings, lights, equipment and technical advice.
Stig is also a very capable underwater videographer. His freediving skills allow him to move quietly, get close to subjects and keep the camera remarkably steady during underwater productions.
Despite a busy international schedule, Stig has also been a valued sounding board for FOTOGRAFIT and our development over the years.
