Description
Nauticam N85 7-Inch Acrylic Dome Port – Wide-Angle Port for Mirrorless Camera Housings
The Nauticam N85 7-Inch Acrylic Wide-Angle Dome Port is created for use with mirrorless camera systems housed in Nauticam N85-compatible housings. With a 7-inch dome radius, it supports accurate optical rendering for wide-angle lenses underwater, minimizing edge distortion and improving corner sharpness, especially when shooting through water, which refracts light differently than air. The dome is built from optical-grade acrylic, which offers a practical balance of durability and clarity. While acrylic is lighter than glass, it still provides excellent image quality, particularly when paired with properly matched lenses.
