Service and care of underwater imaging equipment

GEAR SERVICE

Servicing your underwater equipment

Underwater housings, ports and lighting equipment depend on reliable seals and controls. Salt, sand and regular diving can affect their performance. We can help with service, inspection, maintenance and suitable repair arrangements for a range of underwater imaging equipment.

Before sending equipment for service

Please do not send equipment without following our service procedure. Start at our Service, Repair & Returns page. You will find the information needed to register your service request and prepare your equipment for shipment. Include a clear description of the problem and details of the equipment.

Find service for your brand

The categories above contain information about service for individual brands. When you are ready to send equipment in, always begin with the service instructions and registration page.
