Shipping from Denmark

All FOTOGRAFIT orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. We primarily ship throughout Europe and also offer worldwide delivery. Available carriers may include UPS, DPD and PostNord. The available shipping methods and exact shipping price are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Handling Time

In-stock orders are normally dispatched the same or next business day. If one or more products are temporarily unavailable, we will normally collect the complete order and dispatch it once all items have arrived, unless otherwise agreed.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Delivery is typically within 1–10 business days depending on destination, carrier and local conditions. UPS deliveries often arrive within approximately 1–3 business days, while economy services such as DPD may typically take approximately 1–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, local conditions or carrier delays.

Order Completeness & Split Shipments

We normally ship an order when all items are in stock. If you need available items sooner, contact us and we can normally arrange a split shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on destination, selected carrier, parcel size and weight. The available options and exact price are calculated and displayed during checkout, so no additional FOTOGRAFIT shipping charge is added after the order has been placed.

Pickup in Aarhus

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse by prior arrangement.

International Shipping, VAT & Customs

We ship throughout Europe and worldwide. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT and there are normally no additional customs duties or import charges.

For qualifying deliveries outside the EU, Danish/EU VAT is normally deducted where applicable. Local VAT, customs duties, import charges and carrier handling fees may be charged in the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
